Error running Data Manager

Whenever I try to run the manager a dialogue box opens with the title

NGFMSAgent.exe - SystemError

the error message is

The code excecution cannot proceed because MSVCP140-1.dll wasnot found. Reinstalling the programme may fix this problem.

Re-installing does not help. I have also tried reinstalling visual c++ - again no change. So now totally foxed and grateful for any help

Resolved!
Searched internet - a v popular error and found many fixes - many that didn’t work but finally the simplest was successful.
