Have a Navigraph subscription and everything works fine but…
Installed Navigraph hub for MSFS2020.
My Fenix A320 EFB has access to Navigraph and SimBrief but when trying to import flightplan created in SimBrief Dispatch it shows a message that there is no FP.

Trouble is that I generated a FP and saved it. Then I go to Fenix A320 EFB and when trying to get FP there is a message saying that there is no FP. Should I just generate the flight, not saving it?
Did everything trying to resolve this issue but nothing.
Fenix A320 EFB has a pilot icon where you go to your FP. When trying it there is a message saying that there is no FP even after it being generated. Changing username to pilot ID has the same result

Make sure you have the latest Fenix A320 V 2.3.0.553.
In SimBrief Web App, create, edit, and Generate a new flight plan with your subscribed PilotID. Note you have two pilot ID’s
In A320 EFB Settings, check your SimBrief Pilot ID is the same as used to Generate the flight plan. On Fenix page, Import from SimBrief.

Took printscreens in sequence to show you what happens since I run SimBrief downloader until end result in Fenix A320 EFB.
Hope that with them you will understand what I’m trying to say and the issue I have
