Flight plan does not reflect SID/STAR constraints

Flight plans generated by the dispatch system and exported to MSFS do not reflect altitude constraints for SIDs and STARs. I use the NoProc format as input to a third-party ATC system, PF3, and currently have to manually adjust altitudes in the exported flight plan before use.
I am surprised that the altitudes for the SID exit point and STAR entry point are not set correctly as these points will generally be used even if the actual SID and STAR used change at the time of flight.
Would it be possible to make this adjustment to the dispatch system so that the flight plan is more realistic?
Thank you.

Any thoughts on this please?
