Just flew LGAV-LCLK yesterday with current AIRAC2303, FENIX A320, MSFS2020 SU12.
The Approach described in the Charts indicates leaving the VOR on R-060 and turning left onto final.
The Approach in the navdata wanted me to fly VOR R-039 (backcourse of RWY 22) and then fly a “teardrop” to the left.
MAybe you can verify this behaviour via raw-data.
Which transition (VIA) did you select, LCA1 or LCA2? Or neither?
Without the transition, you only get the final approach course followed by the missed approach.
