It’s a gps approach with either LNAV or LP minimums. It’s not showing up as a valid approach in MSFS 2020.
Upon further investigation, it shows up fine in MSFS 2024. It’s runway 26 in MSFS 2020. Does that mean as runways change (now runway 27 in MSFS 2024), the airac data from navigraph can no longer be used?
Right—because the sim can´t assign the terminal procedure to a non-existent runway. We may not change the runway idents from stock airports; therefore, we cannot fix this, sorry. Please report the wrong runway identifier at KCLM in MSFS2020 to ASOBO/MS so they can change the runways to the real ones.
Approaches are included in both Sims 2020 and 2024, but when the runway idents are outdated, the sim will disable such terminal procedures (not only approaches).

I agree it should be up to Asobo to keep runways updated. I’ll file a report with them. In the meantime I’ll use Herve Sor’s magvar file to update the runways myself. I’m not holding out hope this will ever be fixed in the base sim lol.
