Error:No flight plan on file for the specified user

Hello,
the problem exists with all EFBs (Fenix, PMDG, FlybyWire). Downloading the flight plan manually at “View Flight Plan” does not work either, the flight plan is not available. I have logged in with the Navigraph account and the Google account, not at the same time. Now there are 2 different pilot IDs. The OFP is created in each case.
