Hello,
Unfortunately, despite many attempts, I have not been able to connect my Fly By Wire A320 (v0.12.3) in MS FlightSim 2024 (1.3.23.0) to SimBrief via the integrated FlyPad.
After entering my SimBrief User ID, I always receive the following error message:
“Error: No flight plan on file for the specified user.”
Best regards,
Klaus
Maybe you have two accounts?

…should have a briefing available, is this the case when you are logged in via your current Navigraph account (Cloosen)?

Tim
For example I keep a separate account that contains some airframes I’ve submitted for inclusion on Simbrief, to avoid accidentally deleting them from my main account. That account has no flight plan, so when I visit:

I get this instead:

Hello,
thank you for your response!
Before I tried to import a flight plan from SimBrief, I of course generated a plan and then created it using “calculate & compare.”
Months ago, I already planned flights with MSFS2020, SimBrief, and the FlyByWire Airbus and didn’t encounter similar problems.
I’m now unsure what state SimBrief needs to be in before I can transfer the flight plan.
Do I need to view the briefing preview first or save the plan beforehand?
At the moment, I’m a bit at a loss.
How can I check if I have two accounts?
Best regards
Hi Klaus,
Welcome.
For your SimBrief ID with current forum email, you have no generated flight plans . As suggested by Tim, maybe you have another account with a different email/SimBrief ID?
Cheers
Ian
Hi Klaus,
Please see Direct Message.
Ian
It should be noted that “calculate and compare” creates a preview of what the briefing would look like, but does not actually generate a briefing. Only the Generate button does.

Tim
Good morning,
Today I double-checked my SimBrief and Navigraph account and was quite sure that there is only one account. I had already used Navigraph with this same account months ago as a paying customer. Thank you, Ian!
Afterwards, I reviewed my procedure again and was shocked to realize that the error was, of course, on my side…
After checking the SimBrief settings and opening saved flights from months ago,
I realized that even with the saved flights, I still needed to click on “Generate Flight” and not just “Calculate & Compare.”
So I must apologize to everyone who tried to help me for my foolish mistake, and I want to thank you all for your help and patience.
Kind regards,
Klaus
