Error logging in to Simlink, charts, navdata center

Hi Stephen, yes! It works…

The following list explains what I do:

  1. Disabled the antivirus software (I use Kaspersky antivirus in my instance)
  2. Uninstall the Navigraph Navdata Center and Navigraph Simlink
  3. Use a registry cleaner to clear the registry after uninstalling the Navigraph Navdata Center and Navigraph Simlink
  4. Once your computer has restarted, select “Run Program as Administrator” for each application
  5. Reinstall each programme, then follow the login instructions.

Thank you for your feedback. In your list, I believe only number 1 (disabling antivirus) would have an effect, as it was one of the web resources that was blocked in your system browser, so it wasn’t really linked to our apps.

Also, in your list, we recommend against number 4 - running our apps as Administrator is not needed, and can often have negative consequences. So please do not run anything as admin.
