Error logging in to Simlink, charts, navdata center

I tried the method as suggested, but my efforts were unsuccessful.

Here are all the solutions I’ve tried as recommended by the navigraph support team:

  1. Delete the [proxy] session from the.settings file located in the Charts folder under /Navigraph.

  2. Reset the Simlink configuration by deleting Simlink folder located in the Charts folder under /Roaming/Navigraph.

  3. Disabled my anti-virus and firewall as instructed.

  4. Disabled my computer’s VPN connection.

I uninstalled all Navigraph-related software, reinstalled it, and repeated the process for each of the aforementioned steps.

Neither of these fixes
