is it possible that you use the wrong username? Because you have two accounts and the Atexasmale1 has no subscription.
I have seen that you have a valid subscription with Atexasmale.

How do I redownload the Navdata center? is there a link ? or how can I Change my User name?
The best way is, to remove the Navigraph Navdata Center via the OS feature and to re-install it.
After that you can login again with the correct account. It is also recommended,you delete the double account, so you don’t use to avoid such issues in the future.
