Downloader Request failed with status code 403

hi, trying to download the navdata for 737 and the sim. i thought maybe i would need to reinstall it for the new 737 so hit remove and install. but instead of installing it gives a big red x and the message “downloader Request failed with status code 403”

this is on windows 11. never had any issues prior to this. navdata center shows version 1.0.10

hmm uninstalling and reinstalling the navdata center seemed to fix it.
