Navdata Center giving me 403 status code and not updating

I selected update Airac Cycle 2008 rev. 1 using the Navdata Center 1.0.10 and got the message “downloader - Request failed with status code 403.” I then updated my credit card info and tried again, with the same result. There is also now no Navigraph file in my Community folder.

Hi,
exit/quite the Navigraph Navdata Center, means from the taskbar, not only with the X on the top right.

After that re-start the Navigraph Navdata Center. This should help.

I shut down and restarted my computer with the result that Navdata Center now updates my Airac to 2008. Thanks for the help.
