Error 400 when trying to load route

Still the same error on iPad, Desktop-App on Mac is spinning endless when trying to load a plan or when trying to load a map for an airport
navigragh charts CLOUD seems to work …

It worked for a while again, then it reverted back to not working. Seems to be intermittent as another user said

Still not working on my iPad. Desktop very slow and not fully functional.

We believe we have identified the reason for the intermittent behavior and that we have fixed the issue.
