Error 400 ongoing problem!

Hi there

Enough is enough!!
Before anything, developing new features, etc… you MUST solve basic ridiculous error issues, as the annoying Error 400 random missing downloader problem - going on for years!!!
Come on now!!

Hi Morten,

Please advise what you are trying and what are the error messages preferably with screenshots using Guide to posting Screenshots

Cheers
Ian

Hi Ian

Thanks for your answer.
But honestly, it shouldn’t be necessary to make a screenshot of this unfortunately, all too well knowning error, of yours!
Come on, the Navigraph Error 400 is written about all over the place if you try and google this.
Probably also in here in this very forum.

Cheers,
Morten

Hi,

We don’t know what you are referring to. We don’t have any ongoing 400 error issue as far as we are aware. You’d need to help us pinpoint the issue by providing screenshots. Searching in the forum I see two hits this year but they have been resolved.

Kind regards,

Stephen

Any news to this Morten? When it´s solved, please let us know, that we can close this topic. When not, please again, give us more details to this error, like a screenshot where this happens and when - that we can try to reproduce it and/or to debug it. The more details we have, the more specifically we can search for the error.

Otherwise this topic will be closed automatically in a few days …

Thanks for your help to figure out this issue
Richard

Hi again

Problem has “solved itself” again, as it use to when showing up ramdomly every third month, or so. It’s a downloading problem because of some occasional server problem from you.
When showing up with a popup label “Error 400” it will last a whole day and there’s nothing the user can do - only wait for it to stop and cancel evry atempt to start a simulation session while this is going on!

When googling the issue, the Error 400 problem will show up all over the place, through out the years. So again I can’t understand how you can forget about this problem, and still not done anything to solve it?!

I marked it as “solved”. Due the fact, that we haven’t more details from you, such sceenshot says nothing. We don’t know where it happened, we don’t know when … Error 400 is “bad request” (when its a http issue what we don’t know due the lack of information).

Therefore, good when its solved.

Cheers
Richard
