The answer is simple, there is no runway 17/35. This runway doesn’t exist in real life.

More specifically, it appears the runway was closed recently as it still exists in Navigraph data as of cycle 2503, and is gone since AIRAC 2504, so it’s seemingly only been closed for four cycles so far. It’s still depicted as a “closed” taxiway on the 10-9 chart (with big Xes at each end).
It most likely still exists in the MSFS scenery as for the most part many airports will be up to several years out of date in the default scenery.
