Arrivals for rwy 17L/R in SCEL are not available in NAVGRAPH rev1. Only in MSFS NAVDATA

I was on a flight to SCEL and there were no arrivals available for RWY17R/L in the FMC available. Only for RWY35. When I returned to the default MFSF NAVDATA they were displayed but when I return to NAVGRAPH rev.1 they disappear again. I have already tested with the default scenario and the same problem occurs.
