Duesseldorf is a valid alternative spelling of Düsseldorf; ü becomes ue, this is used in e.g. the town’s official website’s URL ( https://www.duesseldorf.de )
Dusseldorf (without the umlaut), on the other hand, is not a correct/valid way of spelling Düsseldorf.
