I have created a flight plan from EDDK to EDDB.
Navigraph offered me runway 31L, which I chose.
I created the flight plan in Navigraph and Simbrief and saved it as a pln.
Loaded the flight plan in the MSFS menu. When I look outside, I am not on runway 31L but 32R!!!
Cross-check with Little NavMap. Little NavMap also does not recognize runway 31L but selects 32R.
Does this mean that Navigraph is working with incorrect data? This is not the first time something like this has happened to me.
How can this be?
As I have just noticed, the same applies to EDDB (Berlin).
The runway 24L specified by Navigraph does not exist there, but 25L.
The simulator has outdated runways and Navigraph has current data. EDDB runways were renamed effective October 3, 2024, EDDK runways renamed effective April 18, 2024.
Custom sceneries with up to date runway data may be available.
I always thought that changes would be stored in the latest Airac Circle.
Is that not the case?
As I said, the latest Airac Circle 2411 rev 1 is also installed in Little NavMap.
However, Little NavMap does not display the runways correctly or as they were before the changes you mentioned.
The MSFS runways come from the installed scenery. The data updates provided by Navigraph do not (and cannot) include updated runway, only scenery packs can.
