Hi,
according the AIP Malaysia, the coordinates are correct so far. So, when this is wrong then the real-world AIP Malaysia is wrong - Jeppesen can only handle data which are validated by the countries.

Here directly from the AIP Malaysia:

Exactly the same values as we have in the database. Sorry, in this case, we can do nothing because it looks like a real-world issue and not a navdata in the sim.
