I have no idea where to post this message. I cancelled my subscription to Navigraph and I think it was at least 6 months ago and I am still getting charged. I have sent repeated emails to accounts for help yet they are ignored and I am still getting charged. I don’t even know the exact date when I cancelled because it’s not recorded on my account page. Can someone please let me know an email of someone in Navigraph who will look into this for me and properly cancel my subscription and refund all the additional charges. It’s infuriating and I have never experienced such behavior from any other company.

We have replied to your requests to account@navigraph.com requesting information from you. Please reply to those requests and we shall resolve this with you. I suspect the problem is related to you having two accounts.

I appreciate your reply. I haven’t received any reply from the accounts team. Your reply is the first email I have received.
I don’t recall setting up an additional account either.
I sent my request to them using this email address in my previous correspondence.
