I just payed for yearly sub for navigraph (81 euros) but for some reason it says inactive and its asking me to pay again… should i wait for my account to be activated or is it bugged?
Hi,
Your payment failed and therefore you don’t have access. When the payment is ok, you have immediately access to the ordered package = subscription.
In your case, I only see that the payment today with 81,64 Euro’s failed.

Thats weird… my bank showed that it went through successfully… my apologies. Let me check again. Thanks
