I have to constantly uninstall and re-install in order to get things to work, usually every other day and or in same day. I am able to plan flights, save, and load flight plans into flight simulator. When I click on arrow in charts I get the unable to connect.

Hopefully I got screenshot correctly attached. I am using Flight Sim 2020, and windows 10. I looked in advanced properties for the string that was talked about in previous posts and FAQ and it has what is supposed to be there. Today I uninstalled and re-installed and worked one time, now does not connect again.
Please explain what string?
The fact that it worked suggests maybe an antivirus issue. Please disable Antivirus and test.
