Dispatch page not responding

The website appears to be working overall, but when attempting to access the Dispatch section, the page will not load.

What happens when you try to start SimBrief Dispatch?

Hi Ian,

I use MSFS 2020, however this is happening on Simbrief.com, when I attempt to access the dispatch center to retrieve or create a flight plan. This page: https://dispatch.simbrief.com/briefing/latest

It eventually opens but is running really slow today. It spins for a while waiting to load then I get an error message about the downloader, but I don’t use that.

There are many links between yourself and our SimBrief servers. This is potentially a local ISP issue.

Also, to eliminate local router issues, you might try using a connection via a mobile phone hotspot.

Don’t feel alone… mine is taking a long time as well, to the point where I get the “server took too long to respond” message

Same. This issue is probably much more widespread than they’re aware of. I haven’t been able to load simbrief in the simulator for about 3 days now, so something is definitely up.
