Hi i have been having a common problem were Navigraph/Sim briefs dispatch wont connect to my sim.
Im just getting loading in the top panel which results in a message ‘This took longer than expected’.
When I go to EFB it states ‘no plan was found for your username’. I’ve tried installing and reinstalling but still nothing.

Welcome.
There are many links between yourself and our SimBrief servers. This is potentially a local ISP issue.
Also, to eliminate local router issues, you might try using a connection via a mobile phone hotspot.
