I seen where someone asked about the updater launching automatically on system boot and whether it was necessary. I read the answer which is ok for his question. My question is do I have a way to disable it launching at ALL on system boot? I keep rigid control on what launches at boot on my system and don’t like that I have no way to disable the updater. At least I didn’t see it in the settings. Can you shed some light on this please? Thank you.

Welcome.
If you click on Simlink icon in Windows systray, you can access Navigraph Simlink Status.
In Settings tab, you can disable (not recommended) Automatically check for updates

It’s not Simlink. I don’t use that. It was the Navigraph Navdata Center auolaunching and I figured that one out.
