I have owned Navigraph Charts since yesterday, one year subscription for €97.15. Unfortunately, I cannot connect my SimBrief account to NavgraphCharts because my NavgraphCharts username in Navigraph Simlink does not match the SimBrief username. My username is stored correctly under my account details.
Is there a way to change this?

logout from SimBrief and login with the same credentials as you are using in the Navigraph Charts, which is (what I have understood from your mail) the one of your subscription.

I registered with SimBrief and Navigraph Charts with the same email address, unfortunately it doesn’t work. At Navigraph Simlink the account says “CommercialAirport199”, but my Simbrief name is Zivko21 which is also stored in Navigraph.
OK, Navigraph Simlink now shows my real name. Now when I try to import my secured flights from SimBrief to Navigraph Chart I am asked to buy Navigraph, which I did yesterday.

now Navigraph works. I gave everything, Navigraph, SimBrief and Navigraph Simlink the new Allias name. Then I entered the new ID in the FBW A32NC, everything was fine,

Thanks Jörg for sharing your solution and good when it´s solved. A “wrong/outdated” account is in most of the cases the reason for such issues. But anyway, it´s good when it´s solved and well done for fixing it Jörg.
