how do i fly a departure in navigraph and select no transition for example the almaden 4 out of KSJC, it only gives me options to pick one of the transitions but not none of them. Thanks

Welcome.
It seems the ALMDN 4 Departure includes NEVSE, KIELY and ALMDN.
For RWY 30L/R choose the ALMDN transition.
For RWY 12L/R choose the ALMDN4.ALMDN from the map:
Not obvious but it gets the result.
