I have been trying to figure out how to create a transition from my departure and I can’t figure it out need some help.

There only seems to be one departure procedure from KPIT (PIT5) and it has no transitions, it is all vectors. Have a look at the actual chart for that procedure (you have it in your pinboard in the bottom) for more details on how to depart from KPIT.
