CYVR STAR causes issue with IFly B38M

I have created a flightplan with Simbrief from CYYZ to CYVR using the CANUC5 STAR. When I select this STAR in the FMC I get a message about unable CRZ ALT and then the altitude for all waypoints is set to 10000 even though the CRZ level is set to FL360. If I don’t select the STAR then the FMC functions as expected. Not sure if this is an iFly or a Navigraph problem. I have attached the flightplan.

Hi,
thanks for your report but I can´t reproduce it. Also the flightplan doesn´t contain any altitude restriction and looks good so far. Therefore, I assume more an user issue here but according your details what I have, it looks that this is not a navdata issue.

You see, the sequencies are all correct according the charts, also the altitude restrictions. There is no message about the “CRZ altitude” … sorry, but it must be any other case - the flightplan and the data are ok so far.

Cheers & Happy New Year :fireworks:

Very strange, I even reinstalled the aircraft and reloaded the navdata. I took off without a STAR and added it in flight after I had reached TOD and then I got an insufficient fuel message and the distance to the destination increased to over 10,000 nm. It only changed when I overwrote the (VECTOR) entry.
