Could not find/access simulator

You have to remove the Folder navigraph-navdata from your community Folder.
It will fix your issue.

@AeroKruemel Thanks for that suggestion but ive just tried it with no change still unable to find is shown.
@ConnectVirtual it does not even have navigraph-navdata in the comunity folder. ever since install of the client it has said unable to find/access simulator.

Same problem:(( reinstalling of MSFS and Navigraph itself didn’t help. Navigraph doesn’t see simulator9 I wonder, why it’s not available to notify the location of the simulator manually for Navigraph?

Having the same issue upon installing NavData Center for the first time. It won´t detect the sim

Same problem here version 1.0.6.

I have the “InstalledPackagesPath” entry in my UserCFG.opt and the permissions are correct. So, I’m not sure what the problem is. I’m going to contact support and see what they say. I’ll report back hopefully with a fix.

Hi Team,

For those exeperiencing Navigraph Navdata Center not finding their MSFS, please adise if you have installed Fenix A320. There is a problem closing MSFS with this aircraft. It can lead MSFS to be still running. To resolve at this stage, use Task Manager to End Task on MSFS.

Cheers
Ian

Hello Ian,

No, I do not have the Fenix installed.

Hi Team,

We are investigating this issue. You might retry from time to time in case it is a traffic/server issue.
