Constant disconnect and reconnects to internet

Hello,

Problem just started yesterday (Dec. 5, 2021). My desktop Charts application randomly drops from the internet every 1-3 minutes. It will always reconnect about 15 seconds later.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Charts and SimLink, even going as far as deleting the directories (as was suggested by a Mod in another related topic) but to no avail.

I even tried to create a different flight plan thinking maybe the existing plan was bugged, but same result with different plans.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions on how to resolve.

Quick update: Seems to be an internet provider issue. Put a monitor on and noted a lot of latency spikes and a full drop was noted. As it appears Charts needs a persistent internet connection, any major latency and/or network drop manifests the “not connected to the internet” screen, which reverts back to normal after 15 seconds.
