I have a porlbem with chart on google: when i want to load any charts after around 3 seconds, the website said that the system is inop (for information the app is working perfectly on my phone)

i am unable to get charts to load both on my ipad and windows computers. Windows displays “INOP” message, and ipad either closes when I try to do something with the flight plan, moves the plane icon randomly around the map, or just closes when I try to do something. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, all to no avail. Please help!!!
I have been having the same issues. Also Ipad keeps crashing
