Navigraph charts don't work

Suddenly and without warning, Navigraph Charts stop working. Neither in the app version nor in the desktop version. Before that, SimLink’s flight marker showed me a position thousands of miles away. Now the message INOP keeps coming.

Simlink shows wrong position - XP11 & Apple Silicon

I just updated Navigraph charts and the accompanying Simlink plugin to version 8.29. The app worked fine until I was in flight and tried to see my location. At that point the app switched to my browser and reported an unknown error. This repeated and I now cannot load my route at all. Something amiss here, Ian. Thanks. This is exactly the same process. Luckily, I had saved an older version of Simlink before the update. After I installed it everything works again. MAC OS Catalina, XP12.
