Charts & Nav data center

Not sure as to where to post this but here goes. I have had a really difficult time trying to access the charts & Nav Data& I think it was my fault. After d/l the programs to their respective locations I then changed my email& passwords several times. So right now I cannot access either product. I keep getting no access & then after signing in I don’ get anything. My original email was which was changed to the passwords were also changed so if you could email me I will give them to you. I have changed email address several times so I think this is messed up on my part. Could you please let me know what to do to correct this also the user name in my profile is something I have not used.
