Charts Error when updating

Hi , I have been trying to see if their is an update .Its checked and tried to install and what i put up above comes up. (Error when updating) Can you help please.

Hi Tony,

Welcome to our new forum. I assume you were referring to Charts, so have moved your topic here.

There is an issue with the auto-updater. Just download the latest Charts version from Charts download

Hi Ian thank you for replying. Once i open Navigraph Charts i go to account settings and this is what happens
Check for updates,
Update found, downloading,
Error when updating.

Hi Tony,

There is an issue with the auto-updater.
Please:

  1. Press Start and open Apps & Features.
  2. On the right hand side, open Programs and Features.
  3. Find Navigraph Charts in the list, select it, and press the Uninstall button above, as in the image below. Note: If you don’t find Navigraph Charts 7 in the list then proceed to 4 below.

  1. Install Charts, from https://navigraph.com/account/downloads/charts. We recommend you do not run the installer as Admin - and leave default installation directory which is usually:
    C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Programs\Navigraph Charts

What is the current version of Navigraph please.

Current version accessed in Settings, top right down arrow of Charts is 7.2.4
