"Error while updating" Navigraph Charts

Have new update of Navigraph. Current is 7.1.27. When downloading the new update I get “Error when updating” Any hints?

It seems to men like you have an outdated version of charts. Please uninstall the application and download the latest version.

Here’s a screenshot for the error message I’m getting. It says an unexpected identifier is encountered and the update fails to complete.
