Charts are not displayed

Hi, selected map ( approach, airport, SID & STAR) are not displayed: only a blank screen appears. This problem shows up since yesterday.
Any help would be welcome,

Thanks in advance

Please sign out and in again. If the problem remains, please post a screenshot here of how it looks.

Hi Stephen,

Thank you for your answer.

  1. I sign out and in : no effect

  2. Issue appears on:

-PC with win10

  • PC with win 11

  • Android

  • with Navigraph Simlink ON or OFF

  1. In de-install and reinstall the API : no effect

  2. I attach the screen shot of the display of the approach plate of ILS RWY 08 at Denver

Best regards

Pierre

Hi,

Ok, can I ask you try try it again now? I have enabled some additional logging on your account which should help us pinpoint the issue.

Just sign our and in again in the app, and then try to load the ILS RWY 8 chart again at KDEN.

Kind regards,

Stephen

Hi,

I just sign out/sign in and try to load the plate ILS RWY 8 at KDEN: same issue

Best regards,

Pierre

Thank you! I can see the logs.

There seems to be some error relating to your local network. Do you have a different network connection you could try, eg. mobile broadband?

Do you have some software or hardware firewall installed on your network, which you could temporarily disable?

Stephen

Hi ,

Thank you for your effort to solve my problem.

I test Navigraph chart on my tablet android with 4G network: it works OK. I try the same on my two PC with disabling the firewall : no success!!

I use Navigraph since 2 years without any problem.

All the best,

Pierre

Can you make your Android device a Wifi hotspot and connect your PC to that?

Stephen

It might be possible on the most recent of my two PC (Win 11 bluetooth… but no WiFi). I try to do that but I don’t succeed because I don’t know how to proceed.

Hi Stephen,

Searching the web, I eventually succeed using my android tablet as a bluetooth hotspot for one of my PC. The connection speed is very low ( 4G via bluetooth) but I can launch Navigraph charts and display correctly the plate of ILS Rwy 8 at Denver.

Hi,

So then it is what I expected, some issue with your local network or with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocking some resources at Navigraph. The same app and computer works when connected to a different network.

There isn’t really anything we can do on our side, our apps and servers are working as they should. You could contact your ISP and tell them about the problem. The issue is either there, or in your local Wifi router/firewall.

Stephen

Hi,

Many thanks for your time to solve my problem. The issue appears with apparently no modification on my local network. I’ll contact my ISP.

Best regards,

Pierre

Hi Stephen,

Today there is an update of Navigraph chart. For me, Navigraph Chart works again.

All the best,

Pierre
