Charts Application drawing approach transition incorrectly on the map

Hello, for some reason Charts App draws the ILS Y 36 approach at Istanbul Airport (LTFM) incorrectly. If you see, ChartsApp draws as if MOLQA is a FLY-OVER waypoint. This is wrong. This waypoint is a FLY-BY waypoint. Check screenshot below.
