I would like to know if it is possible and how to open NAVIGRAPH within the P3Dv4 simulator to create a flight plan and view the path on the charts as it is possible to do with MSFS 2020 while maintaining continuity of operation of the simulator.

Welcome.
There isn’t a P3D wide Navigraph In-Game Panel as there is in MSFS. Some P3D aircraft addons such as PMDG and Quality Wings do have access to Navigraph charts through their EFB’s.
