Hi there
I have the above aircraft installed and updated on Xbox. I select the model with GTN750 but upon going to the menu within settings I cannot select charts or link my Navigraph Account. All are grayed out. It was my understanding charts were available on this model?

Navigraph has not developed any integrations for this aircraft. You may be using a 3rd party version of the GTN750, and you will have to ask the developers behind that addon!

While Charts support is available through the GTN750, it is part of the premium version of that third-party plugin, which can be bought on their website: GPS for MSFS2020. I agree we could be more clear on that in our communication.

Ah. Okay. I didn’t know that. Yes, maybe a good idea as I spent quite a while and reinstalls of the aircraft trying to get it to work.
