Can't update PFPX Professional Flight Planner X

Hi, can’t update new airac to Professional Flight Planner X. I tried with fms data manager and manually. Fms data manager find it but doens’t update; manually the system can’t find the files. I tried many times but nothing.
Help please, thanks.

I have checked the updates (FMS Data Manager and also the manual installer) and all files are inside and correct. What do you mean with can´t find the files …

  • What happened when you run the manual installer for instance? The PFPX path is the correct one - it should be C:\Users\Public\Documents\PFPX Data …
  • Do you see the same in the manual installer?
