I can log into Navigraph site but when trying to Navigraph toolbar today, its asking me to log in and when I try it says I’ve entered the wrong password. I tried to reset it but the reset email never arrives. Obviously there’s nothing wrong as I’m logged into the navigraph website. I tried a few different ways like rescanning the QR code but that asks me to login as well and wont let me in.
I’m having the exact same issue. I tried uninstalling and deleting all Navigraph files and reinstalling multiple times on two different drives along with logging out and logging back into Navigraph, SimHub and Simlink with no success.
Something is wrong on Navigraphs end. Glad to know it isn’t just me.

I have the same issue. Keeps sending me to devigraph .com to register.
Apparently they are working on a solution.
Im having the same issue here… im able to sign in everywhere else except for the in-game panel… please help!
Getting same issue as well. It keeps sending me to a devigraph.com domain which does not work

This morning for first time I am having issues with Navigraph charts in game panel in MSFS where it is asking me to authenticate/sign in and when I click on sign in it takes me to -

which my navigraph ID & password don’t work with. I see from other threads that there has been an issue before and have seen refserence to ‘rebooting sim’ which I have already tried. can you please advise, as I can’t use in game panel right now.

How will we know when it is fixed? I tried for an hour to logon to the in game panel before coming here. Now it throws up a login screen but I don’t know if it is legitimate?
My question is, what does the correct login screen look like?
EDIT: I requested a password reset but the email never arrived!
