Can't add or scan for any addon in FMS data Manager

No scan results show, nor can I add any addons manually

It seems that the index is not downloading:

What have I tried:

  • restarting FMS DM
  • restarting FMS DM as an admin
  • scanning multiple times

What can I do? The FMS DM beta works just fine with updating MSFS

Please disable any Antivirus and firewall.

Please use Windows to uninstall FMS Data Manager.

If they exist, please delete folders:
c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient and c:\Program Files (x86)\Navigraph\FMS Data Manager.

Please download and install latest FMS Data Manager .

Please let us know how you get on.

I have already added the app to the windows firewall as being allowed to go through, and I have reinstalled it.

As I also follow the other topic (I didn’t see that before I made this one), I think this issue is on your side, as Richard states.

How did you go with Manual Installs as a workaround?


Manual installs went well, so I’m set for now.
