Cannot update data for MSFS

I cannot start the software to update MSFS nav data. I get to the Nav Data Center sign in window, click on “sign in” which opens my internet browser, whereupon I fill in the email and password to sign in, but after clicking on sign in nothing further happens. I cannot get to that screen shown in the FAQ which has the MSFS update.

Please use windows to uninstall Navigraph Navdata Center, redownload and install latest Navigraph Navdata Center.

Any improvement?
