Cannot log out of navigraph hub/locked in app

Hi there, I mistakenly downloaded and logged into navigraph hub without a subscription, so I got this message that I will post a picture of below.


I have had nothing but great experiences with navigraph so I decided to close the app and pay for a subscription, but this message keeps popping up whenever I boot the app. there is no button to log out either.

I have tried:
-completely uninstalling the program and all files

  • restarting my pc
  • disabling firewall and antivirus
  • closing all background processes
  • assuring I have an active subscription

I tried doing all those things again, now this message pops up:


Now, No buttons on the window work. I tried connecting to my hotspot and my neighbor’s wifi (with permission, lol) and this message still pops up. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

It has been fixed. Unfortunately for those who may be stumbling across this page with this same problem in the future, the tried and true “rage quit and try again tomorrow!” strategy solved this for me. My best guess is that Navigraph takes a few hours to update subscription status, which is why I had the issue. I connot know with 100% certainty as I successfully booted the program this morning with no issues or troubleshooting required.
