Navigraph Hub not recognising subscription

Hi all, just installed Navigraph Hub after a new install of Windows 11. It seems to have installed OK with no errors,however when I open the app I get one of the two error screens below and I am unable to close the app again, having to resort to killing it in Task Manager.
I tried re-installing as Admin in case it was a permissions thing.
any ideas greatfully received.

I have just reactivated my ultimate subscription this evening.
