When I open Navigraph Hub, not only is it connected to the wrong account, there is no sign out button available to be pressed, so how can I sign out of the wrong account?
About 5 seconds later, it then comes up with a Network Error, this is unable to be fixed. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it about 15 times. I have also attempted to Install the 1.2.8 version of Navigraph Hub as this has been a fix for other people, and to no suprise this hasnt worked either. I have now had to resort to turning off my Windows Defender and Firewall and behold this has not worked either. What can I physically do to get this to work?
I have bought the Navigraph Subscription for the first time ever today after hearing how could it is and how it can help my VATSIM flying, however this hasn’t gave me a good first impression at all.
I press “Ok” on the network error and it just pops back up again, what can I do to fix this?
I have further removed it via Geek Uninstaller and that has further not worked with all of windows defender turned off. I’m not sure what else I can do.
As you can see, the account in Navigraph Hub isn’t the account with the subscription however there is no log out button and I continually get network errors.
