I cannot load the program. Am getting a message that “ffmeg.dll cannot be found.” Have tried to uninstall and reload Navigraph but am not having any luck.

This doesn’t sound like the current version of Charts. Download the latest version from your account pages: Navigraph

Thanks. I finally managed to uninstall and reinstall the data base/program. It seems to be working now. Hopefully, it will stick this time. Appreciate your help. Love this software.
