Moving map still not working

I’ve deleted several times , and even tried reload a previous 1.1.14, but unable now to uninstall 1.1.21
update. Still no moving map. At least I can view charts in the Quality Wings 787 EFB now.

Hello, exactly the same thing happens to me. I don’t keep track of how many times I have installed and uninstalled symlink. I have also uninstalled and installed the charts that never finish installing “Please while Navigraph charts being installed” takes hours and never ends until I close the program.

Welcome.

I suggest a fresh start using exact procedure below :

Please:

  • Disable any Antivirus and firewall. Uninstall AV if needed.

  • Use Task Manager to End Task any running Navigraph Simlink tasks.

  • Use only Windows Programs and Features to uninstall Simlink and Charts:

  • If they exist, delete folders:
    c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Simlink
    c:\Program Files\Navigraph\Simlink
    c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Charts c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Programs\Navigraph Charts
  • Download and install latest Charts .
  • Download and install latest Simlink .

Please let us know how you get on.

Hello, thank you very much for your reply. I have done as you have told me and the charts have been installed perfectly. But … Simlink still won’t connect. By default the dll is installed in the “gauges” folder. I don’t know if it’s the right thing to do.

Hello Ian,
Yes, the same with me. Deleted and turn-off anti-virus programs. I was able to remove everything as required, but still nothing. It keep saying not connecting. Thank you Nathaniel
