Navigraph won't load

Navigation Data FMS Data Manager

Hello,
I have been a User of Navigraph FMS for years. One day I try to load it, I double click the icon, but it won’t load. I look in process manager and I see NGFMSAgent and NGFMSManager in the tree, but NOTHING is running on the computer. I think I even reinstalled it but to no avail. Any suggestions?

Hi Kent,

Welcome.

What has changed on your system since it was working - Windows or AV updates, new software etc?

Please disable any Antivirus and firewall.

Please use Windows to uninstall FMS Data Manager.

If they exist, please delete folders:
c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient and c:\Program Files (x86)\Navigraph\FMS Data Manager.

Please download and install latest FMS Data Manager .

Check paths are correct in Settings. Which FS?
